About the Role
Syntech Electromech Pvt. Ltd., located in Navi Mumbai, is looking for an HR Executive to join their team. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes.
- Prepare and organize HR documentation while maintaining accurate employee records.
- Oversee attendance and leave management, supporting everyday HR functions.
Candidate Requirements
- Any graduate degree is acceptable.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
Compensation
The remuneration offered for this position ranges between 14,000 and 25,000 INR per month.
