Key Responsibilities

• Examine and interpret intricate datasets related to employees, workflows, and systems to derive practical insights and guidance for HR and business leadership.
• Adopt a business and analytical perspective to aid decision-making throughout the employee lifecycle and collaborate with senior leaders to solve critical organizational challenges.
• Consolidate and submit various HR and organizational reports as required.
• Assess and enhance HR workflows and procedures from a cross-functional view to elevate employee experience, operational efficiency, and scalability.
• Lead and support efforts to standardize, automate, and improve HR processes and systems, including integrating HR databases for analytics and reporting purposes.
• Facilitate adoption of HR technology by simplifying solutions, boosting self-service capabilities, and coordinating with global and regional teams on HRIS integration and ongoing projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of five years in analytics, business systems, HR technology, or data-driven roles that aid informed decision-making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or comparable enterprise HR systems.
• Ability to collaborate across departments by quickly understanding new processes and translating business needs into data solutions.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively within high-pressure environments.
• Excellent presentation skills, adept at creating impactful materials, engaging leadership audiences, and responding effectively to spontaneous inquiries based on contextual business knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse stakeholders and clearly explain complex information and requirements.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
