Overview
We are looking for a diligent HR & Admin Executive to oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, and office administration at our Rajkot location.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding processes, maintain attendance records, and handle related documentation.
- Keep employee files, HR records, and Management Information System (MIS) reports up to date and accurate.
- Assist with payroll data entry, manage leaves, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Oversee office administration tasks such as managing stationery supplies, vendor liaison, and office upkeep.
- Draft HR correspondences, official letters, and prepare various HR and administrative reports.
- Support general employee engagement initiatives and assist with daily HR and administrative functions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate degree required; MBA in HR is preferred.
- Experience between 1 to 3 years in HR and administrative roles; freshers with suitable knowledge will also be considered.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
