The Housekeeping Supervisor role is essential in ensuring these buildings stay pristine and guest-ready at all times. This position involves close collaboration with the Operations team and encompasses hands-on leadership across various residences and the Figment Club House.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the housekeeping team throughout all Figment properties, handling scheduling, training, and daily management.
• Manage every move-in and move-out cleaning process, including linen replacement and ensuring spotless accommodations as scheduled.
• Personally clean at least one property daily to maintain high operational standards and connect with the team.
• Conduct thorough inspections of living spaces and common areas regularly; provide immediate coaching to address issues.
• Maintain and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for housecleaning and facade maintenance.
• Control inventory for cleaning supplies, linens, and consumables, predicting reordering needs to avoid stockouts.
• Coordinate with approved external service providers for laundry, pest control, and deep cleaning, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Identify maintenance concerns such as wear and tear or plumbing problems; report these promptly to maintenance staff before guests notice.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to support member move-ins, property viewings, and clubhouse events.
• Lead training sessions, refresh SOPs, and conduct weekly meetings to enhance team effectiveness.
• Utilize AI tools and mobile applications to refine checklists, inspections, vendor performance reporting, and log incidents.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in housekeeping, room operations, or facilities management within hotels, serviced apartments, boutique coliving, or upscale hospitality settings, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven ability to maintain measurable cleanliness standards and audit results.
• Proficiency with rosters, checklists, inventory management, and basic spreadsheet reporting.
• Familiarity with digital communication and scheduling apps such as WhatsApp, and inspection apps; experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for SOP and message template creation preferred.
• Ability to assertively manage and coach team members and vendors while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong command of English; additional conversational proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is advantageous.
• Comfortable with frequent walking between properties located centrally within Singapore.

Additional Desired Skills

• Experience managing third-party services for cleaning, laundry, and pest control vendors.
• Knowledge of property management systems and mobile inspection technologies.
• Background in training and development of junior housekeeping personnel.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges between S$3,000 and S$3,200.
