Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated housekeeping personnel to maintain cleanliness at Narayan Defence Academy in Lucknow. The role involves ensuring hygienic and orderly environments across classrooms, offices, hostels, and other common locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of classrooms, offices, corridors, and public spaces consistently.
• Regularly clean and disinfect toilets and washrooms to maintain hygiene.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize designated areas thoroughly.
• Dispose of waste by emptying dustbins appropriately.
• Ensure cleanliness throughout hostel, dining hall, and wider campus grounds.
• Replenish supplies such as soap and tissue paper in washrooms as needed.
• Clean furniture, windows, doors, and glass surfaces to maintain neatness.
• Report any repairs or maintenance requirements promptly to management.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
• Support additional cleaning tasks during school events or inspections as required.

Candidate Profile

• Candidates must have at least 8th-grade education preferred.
• Should possess honesty, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
• Physical fitness and stamina are necessary for performing cleaning tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in housekeeping is advantageous but not essential.

Benefits and Facilities

• Salary range from ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 monthly, dependent on experience and performance.
• Working hours span between 8 to 12 hours daily as per scheduled duties.
