Key Responsibilities

• Attend to guest requests with care and promptness.
• Restock housekeeping carts and supplies as needed.
• Clean guest rooms and public spaces rigorously and consistently.
• Perform other related housekeeping tasks to support overall hotel cleanliness.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

This position is non-management and requires extensive standing, walking, sitting, and physical activity throughout the day. Handling objects up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) through lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving without assistance is essential. Adherence to company policies, safety standards, confidentiality, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication style is mandatory.
