About the Role
We are seeking a Host to join our team at a luxury care home located in the historic town of Sale, England. This care home provides Residential, Dementia, and Respite care for 72 residents. As a Host, you will be integral in delivering a warm and well-organized dining experience for residents and visitors alike.
Role Responsibilities
Your duties will include managing the daily presentation and smooth operation of the dining areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service are maintained. You will support residents and guests during mealtimes by preparing the dining environment, serving refreshments, and helping maintain a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. Collaborating closely with kitchen and care teams, you will contribute to a positive, inclusive environment encouraging comfort and wellbeing. The position requires working alternate weekends.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who brings a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, alongside a keen eye for detail and cleanliness. The successful applicant will demonstrate reliability, a proactive attitude, and the capability to work well both independently and within a team. While previous customer service experience is advantageous, it is not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay rate of A312.71
