About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in excellent service and enjoy being on the road. As a key team member, you'll deliver groceries while engaging directly with customers as the representative face of our brand. Key Responsibilities

• Following safe van loading practices, including proper heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Maintaining safe driving standards at all times.
• Performing thorough vehicle checks before routes.
• Ensuring fresh and timely delivery of food to customers.
• Providing friendly, attentive customer service during deliveries.
• Occasionally assisting with duties inside the store as needed.
• Working independently and managing time efficiently through shift flexibility, which may vary between early mornings (6am) and late evenings (11pm).

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a full driving license held for at least three years, with no more than six penalty points.
• A positive, approachable attitude passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
• Reliable punctuality and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• A strong focus on road safety and responsible driving.

Compensation and Benefits

• An hourly wage of £13.71.
