ABA Journey is seeking a committed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support children through evidence-based ABA therapy. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis therapy sessions in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Carry out intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Accurately record and monitor client progress to inform treatment adjustments.
• Communicate and coordinate with families and interdisciplinary teams to optimize client outcomes.
• Ensure therapy sessions occur in a safe, supportive, and encouraging atmosphere.

Compensation and Scheduling

• Hourly wage ranging from $24 to $30 depending on experience and qualifications.
• Flexible working hours tailored to individual availability.
• Primary work location in Valdosta, Georgia.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to successfully complete background checks.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for client visits.
