Hindi Transcriber

Position Overview

We are seeking a Hindi Transcription Specialist for a contract role offering remote work opportunities. The compensation ranges from $8 to $16 per hour, with a weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours.

Responsibilities

• Carefully review and transcribe Hindi audio recordings with high accuracy and language precision.
• Evaluate and edit transcripts generated by automated systems, applying expert knowledge of Hindi nuances.
• Incorporate detailed metadata tags and annotations to facilitate improved data management.
• Identify and rectify any errors, inconsistencies, or unclear parts in scripts through diligent proofreading.
• Work collaboratively with the client’s team to offer feedback and insights related to the transcription and annotation processes.
• Ensure projects are completed and delivered on schedule with high-quality results.

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written Hindi is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in transcription, annotation, and metadata tagging of Hindi audio content.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong dedication to accuracy and quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear feedback and documentation.
• Experience in correcting and refining machine-generated transcriptions for errors and contextual suitability.
