About the Role
Alignerr invites Health Informatics Analysts to leverage their expertise in clinical data to contribute to advancing artificial intelligence in healthcare. In partnership with premier AI research organizations, this role involves enhancing AI model capabilities by applying deep insights into healthcare data, electronic health records (EHR), and clinical operations.
This contract position offers full remote work flexibility, allowing you to determine your own work hours and commitments.
Responsibilities
- Critically examine AI-generated healthcare information to validate accuracy, clinical applicability, and coherence.
- Utilize knowledge of EHR systems, clinical workflows, and healthcare data protocols to evaluate and refine AI outputs.
- Detect inaccuracies, information gaps, or misleading content in AI-produced health informatics materials.
- Deliver structured and expert feedback to enhance AI's reasoning regarding clinical and healthcare operational scenarios.
- Assess AI-created content touching on data pipelines, reporting methodologies, and healthcare system frameworks.
- Operate independently and asynchronously with flexible pacing.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient in handling healthcare data, EHR platforms, or clinical reporting systems.
- Strong analytical capabilities including interpretation of data, identifying trends, and comprehensive reporting.
- Comfortable with large-scale evaluation of technical health informatics content.
- Effective written communication skills to articulate observations and recommendations.
- Detail-focused and consistent in applying evaluation standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data annotation, maintaining data quality, or participation in AI evaluation processes.
- Knowledge of health data standards like HL7, FHIR, or ICD coding systems.
- Background in collaborating with clinical, IT, or operational teams.
