Head Project (Site)

Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Site Head for Projects to oversee the comprehensive execution of Transmission Line and Substation projects across India. This leadership position mandates managing all aspects of project delivery including timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and control of project schedules and costs.
• Oversee coordination with stakeholders and government bodies including ROW (Right of Way) management.
• Supervise deployment and management of contractors and workforce.
• Ensure strict compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) and relevant statutory regulations.
• Drive project monitoring, progress reporting, and performance management.
• Guide and inspire site teams fostering a safe and collaborative work culture with continuous improvement focus.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BE/B.Tech).
• Minimum 15 years, up to 25 years of experience in transmission line and substation project execution.

Expertise & Skills Expected

• Strong background in transmission line and substation projects.
• Proficient in project planning and cost management.
• Ability to manage ROW and maintain government relations efficiently.
• Experience handling contractors, vendors, and large manpower teams.
• Knowledgeable of EHS standards and statutory compliance requirements.
• Competent in stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
