Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HaloPSA Consultant with over four years of practical experience in implementing and supporting HaloPSA solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining HaloPSA systems in various client setups, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Implement and configure HaloPSA across different client environments, tailoring setups to specific requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and management of workflows, automation tasks, and integrations related to HaloPSA.
- Oversee reporting and ticketing processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Offer end-user support for issues related to HaloPSA applications.
- Collaborate effectively with offshore teams to maintain alignment and meet business objectives.
- Work according to Australian business hours, specifically from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM Indian Standard Time (IST).
