Role Overview
Our client seeks a commercially-focused GTM Data & Performance Analyst to influence Go-To-Market decision-making, enhance partner output, and identify new growth avenues. This newly established role integrates data analysis, strategic thinking, sales, and commercial performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and improve dashboards, reports, and visualizations primarily using Power BI.
- Utilize SQL to analyze extensive datasets and extract commercial insights.
- Conduct partner performance assessments and GTM reporting.
- Detect growth prospects, risks, and analyze performance patterns.
- Support initiatives related to pricing, sales efficiency, account management, and maximizing revenue.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of AI, automation, and technological projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Product, and Finance to promote informed decision-making.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 2 to 4+ years of experience in a commercial analytics capacity.
- Proficient in SQL and dashboard development.
- Expertise in Power BI; Tableau experience is also considered if interested in transitioning.
- Has a commercial mindset capable of translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Background in sectors such as eCommerce, marketplaces, SaaS, consumer services, retail, travel, or hospitality.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and adaptability when handling incomplete data.
- Experience with multi-country or marketplace businesses.
- Familiarity with supporting sales or GTM teams.
- Practical experience in pricing, revenue analysis, or performance evaluation.
