Panacea Biotec is recruiting Growth Executives for its Baby Care Division located in Siliguri, West Bengal. The division's product range includes baby diapers, infant nutrition items, baby skin care products, and baby food.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive secondary sales within the assigned territory to meet monthly targets and expand market presence.
• Regularly visit pharmacies, grocery outlets, and cosmetic stores following a planned beat schedule.
• Generate secondary orders ensuring consistent availability of products in retail locations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Implement trade promotions, merchandising, and visibility initiatives effectively.
• Collaborate closely with distributors to guarantee prompt order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in General Trade, preferably in FMCG, OTC, Baby Care, or Pharmaceutical sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the designated territory.
• A strong passion for driving sales and market growth in the baby care domain.
