About the Role
A dynamic independent shopper marketing agency located in Auckland's city center seeks a highly motivated Group Account Director who is passionate about shopper marketing. This role involves leading client business strategies, implementing plans, and mentoring the team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee the client portfolio, drive business growth through upselling, actively network within the industry, and generate new client opportunities. Leadership includes guiding and inspiring a team of Account Directors.
Required Experience and Expertise
You should bring senior-level account management expertise with a proven ability to engage effectively at all organizational tiers. Deep knowledge in shopper marketing coupled with experience in experiential projects, or strong experiential marketing understanding with some shopper marketing background, is essential.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a collaborative team player focused on achieving optimal client outcomes. Candidates must demonstrate a successful history in senior client relationship management and the drive to identify, pitch, and secure new business ventures.
