Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled Graphic Designer with over 5 years in the field, possessing both strong intellectual and emotional intelligence, to join our fast-growing, energetic team. This opportunity offers career growth potential within a dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and uphold consistent visual branding across multiple touchpoints, including digital platforms like websites and email, as well as print materials and sales presentations, adhering strictly to brand standards.
• Design creative graphics for diverse marketing campaigns such as in-app banners, emails, landing pages, sales decks, and display advertisements.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, sales, and creative teams to align project goals and meet deadlines effectively.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in design technology to continually innovate and enhance creative output.
• Oversee multiple design projects from initial concepts through to final delivery, ensuring punctual and quality completion.
• Translate complex concepts into straightforward, impactful visuals that strengthen the brand narrative.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in tech or fintech sectors.
• Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.; experience with Jira is beneficial.
• A portfolio demonstrating a diverse set of digital campaign projects.
• An excellent eye for design elements like typography, aesthetics, and composition with a passion for creating engaging visuals.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities paired with openness to feedback and iterative design improvements.
• Meticulous attention to detail ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments with effective multitasking skills.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related discipline is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with outstanding portfolio and experience.
• Mandated experience with AI tools like Claude or equivalents to enhance productivity and communication.

Compensation

This contractor role offers a monthly gross salary range between $2500 and $3333 USD, aimed at early-career professionals with foundational skills and growth potential.
