- Develop and continually update a comprehensive brand book documenting visual identity standards and guidelines for internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and refine marketing campaigns, brand assets, digital and social content.

- Design proposals for new business opportunities and prepare presentation decks for leadership.
- Produce event collateral including swag, banners, booth kits, and conference signage.
- Develop diverse video content such as sizzle reels, teasers, tutorials, and demos.
- Ensure alignment of design and business objectives by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Manage print and digital design standards and specifications and coordinate with external printers and vendors.
- Create accessible designs compliant with W3C and AODA standards.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience as a graphic or visual designer in an advertising agency or in-house team.
- Possession of a certificate, degree, or diploma in graphic design or a related discipline.
- A portfolio showcasing strong design skills and conceptual thinking.
- Proven capacity to lead creative ideation from concept through execution.
- Experience in brand development or evolution, with knowledge of visual identity systems across multiple platforms.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and command of core graphic design principles including typography, layout, grid systems, color theory, photography, and iconography.
- Familiarity with video content creation including basic animation, motion graphics, storyboarding, and prototyping.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and related software.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
