Global Sales Director

About the Role

All Roads is introducing a new position, Global Sales Director, to support its expanding operations. The individual in this role will be responsible for boosting revenue across the Equipment, Truck, and Automotive sectors. Reporting directly to the President, this leader will cultivate strategic partnerships and provide stellar account management, while also overseeing daily tactical execution. Prior experience managing multiple locations and brands is essential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to increase growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and improve sales outcomes through dynamic leadership and operational excellence.
• Establish strategic partnerships within the industry to deepen market presence.
• Create and implement performance measurement frameworks to promote responsibility and guide key strategic decisions.
• Maintain comprehensive sales forecasts, monitor pipeline activities, and manage opportunities using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Ensure alignment of team objectives with divisional goals, clarifying priorities and focussing on deliverables.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Experience in sales and team supervision; previous work in fleet sales for equipment or trucks is favored.
• Proven track record in leading and growing successful sales teams.
• Highly self-driven with strong capability to work independently.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, ranging from $150,000 to $250,000 annually.
