Role Overview

This role will focus on managing and expanding Binance's affiliate network by engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and overseeing their promotional activities. It entails collaborating closely with internal teams to provide affiliates with necessary tools and assets to grow user acquisition effectively. Strong analytical capabilities, marketing or PR background, and excellent communication skills are essential to engage stakeholders both internally and externally. Given the scale of Binance's affiliate network, delivering measurable value and outperforming competitors is critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Expanding the affiliate program through cold outreach to YouTubers, media personnel, and influencers, along with negotiating terms, onboarding, and handling documentation as necessary.
• Managing vital affiliate accounts via frequent communication, assessing their performance metrics, and providing recommendations for improvements.
• Designing and implementing promotional campaigns with a focus on maximizing return on investment (ROI).
• Generating detailed reports utilising internal data to measure and optimise the overall affiliate channel performance.
• Keeping abreast of competitors' strategies and adjusting Binance's approach accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
• Identifying and investigating fraudulent activities, scams, and manipulations within the affiliate partnerships.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience managing sizable affiliate programs, preferably within the fintech sector and ideally with exposure to the cryptocurrency domain.
• Background in business development is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with media figures, celebrities, key partners, or influencers.
• Fluency in English is mandatory for coordination with international partners; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
