Role Overview
Lead the entire lifecycle of architectural and interior design projects, including concept creation, planning, design progress, and final execution. Evaluate and authorize architectural and interior design plans, layouts, detailed drawings, specifications, and material choices to ensure project quality and coherence.
Manage budgeting aspects and implement cost control strategies to optimize expenses without compromising standards.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools is essential. Strong leadership capabilities along with experience in managing and guiding teams are required.
