Job Overview
This full-time position is based at the P&G facility in Albany, GA, with shifts varying between mornings and afternoons/evenings. Detailed shift information will be shared during the interview.
As a General Maintenance Worker, you will provide essential maintenance services to uphold safety and operational efficiency, using your technical knowledge across multiple repair and upkeep areas. This role emphasizes problem-solving and supporting a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute maintenance and repair tasks involving minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, electrical work, or vehicle maintenance.
- Handle simpler duties such as replacing light bulbs, installing paper dispensers, swapping out filters, changing door locks, and performing minor decorative maintenance that doesn't require a licensed trade professional.
- Maintain punctual and consistent attendance for scheduled shifts.
- Carry out other assigned tasks that may vary based on client needs and business requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of two years relevant experience in general maintenance work.
- Possession of applicable licenses or certifications for the work performed in the relevant city and state.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Team player who adapts well, demonstrates reliability, and promotes a safe working environment.
