Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process supplier invoices and employee reimbursements punctually and precisely.
• Monitor and reconcile vendor accounts, identifying outstanding balances and aiding in resolving discrepancies.
• Schedule and execute vendor payments aligned with contractual terms, supporting the company's cash flow.
• Maintain and update accounts payable records accurately, complying with company policies and audit standards.
• Assist in month-end closing activities by managing accruals and tracking invoices to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal teams professionally and promptly; escalate issues when necessary.
• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation and ensuring compliance.
