Full-time Security Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Security Officer to join our team in North and South Dublin. The role involves ensuring the safety and security of clients, visitors, and staff through vigilant monitoring and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment for all premises stakeholders.
• Perform regular patrols and observe site activities closely.
• React promptly and appropriately to emergencies and incidents.
• Manage access control and enforce security protocols throughout the site.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and daily logs.
• Present a consistent and professional security presence at all times.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, client requirements, and Health & Safety regulations.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid PSA Security Licence is mandatory.
• Experience in security roles is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent command of English coupled with strong communication skills.
• Exhibit professionalism, reliability, and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays is required.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland is a must.

• Complete uniform will be provided by the employer.
• Comprehensive on-site training will be offered to all new hires.

Compensation & Location

The hourly rate for this role is €15.41 plus applicable allowances, based in County Dublin.
