Key Responsibilities

• Accurately select and gather products from different temperature-controlled areas, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Cautiously pack orders, verifying correct quantities, product codes, and distinguishing among similar items.
• Guarantee that all selected products meet quality standards, avoiding damaged or expired goods.
• Correctly label and document all orders by interpreting pick slips, packing instructions, and shipping labels.
• Maximize space efficiency when filling totes while maintaining product integrity.
• Balance order fulfillment tasks with courteous customer interaction, providing assistance and resolving issues.
• Strictly follow safety and hygiene standards, maintain clean workspaces, promptly address spills or debris, and ensure totes are clean before packing.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, completing pre-use safety checks thoroughly.
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts by contributing suggestions to enhance procedures, safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction; remain adaptable to changing assignments and delivery schedules.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.90 CAD.
