Role Overview

Join our energetic team as a Lifeguard operating in a dynamic and friendly environment. Your role will involve promoting teamwork and supporting colleagues to perform at their best while maintaining a safe aquatic environment.

While having a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is advantageous, applicants who are safety-conscious, capable swimmers, and enthusiastic about acquiring new skills will receive support and ongoing learning opportunities to achieve necessary certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all patrons and fellow lifeguards during swimming pool operations to maintain safety.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations across pool and facility areas, overseeing operational standards.
• Maintain vigilant observation and attention to detail, prioritizing customer safety during their time in the facilities.
• Deliver exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service, striving to exceed high service standards.
• Uphold excellent cleanliness standards, taking initiative to ensure hygiene is consistently maintained.

Candidate Profile

Possession of a National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is mandatory for this role. Candidates must demonstrate responsibility, vigilance, and a passion for safety and customer care in a pool environment.
