About the Role
Join the welcoming team of Staybridge Suites Toronto Vaughan South and Crescent Hotels & Resort as a Front Desk Guest Service Agent. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests during check-in and assign rooms according to their preferences.
- Manage incoming phone calls, accurately take and deliver messages in a timely manner.
- Provide helpful information about local amenities and attractions to guests.
- Ensure seamless guest check-out by preparing accurate room billing.
- Address guest complaints positively and efficiently to enhance their experience.
- Assist with additional duties as required to maintain smooth front desk operations.
Who We're Looking For
Ideal candidates should demonstrate excellent communication abilities and have a strong focus on guest service, thriving both independently and within a team environment. Maintaining confidentiality is essential. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required, alongside legal authorization to work in Canada.
