Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to oversee night operations at this bustling hotel. Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager and liaising regularly with the Executive Assistant Manager, your primary focus will be delivering superior guest service consistently throughout the night shift.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding guest service by promptly and courteously responding to inquiries during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest stay.
  • Lead and participate in training programs aimed at skill enhancement and staff development.
  • Promote and upsell hotel amenities through in-depth product knowledge.
  • Maintain professionalism and strictly adhere to procedures concerning guest confidentiality.
  • Ensure all documentation and operational procedures are kept accurate and up to date.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to engage guests with a friendly, confident, and customer-centric approach.
  • Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience managing large airline crew movements is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Opera property management system, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
  • Possession of a Senior First Aid Certificate and a valid open manual driver's license.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts on a seven-day roster that includes public holidays as required.
