Role Overview

We seek talented videographers nationwide to film various projects related to workers' power, labor issues, and economic justice. Filming locations are spread across the United States with shoots occurring nearly weekly.

Video Specifications and Equipment Requirements

• Capture news footage in 1080p resolution at 24 frames per second, typically shot in LOG format.
• Film Classroom videos in 4K resolution at 24 frames per second, also in LOG format.
• Required gear includes a high-quality camera capable of 1080p and 4K filming, wireless lavalier microphones, and lighting equipment.

Payment Details

• Half-day sessions (up to 5 hours) remunerated between $600 and $800.
• Full-day sessions (between 5.5 and 10 hours) compensated between $1000 and $1500.
• Mileage reimbursement applies for locations over 50 miles away, calculated using the IRS mileage rate.
• A per diem of $16 is granted for full-day shoots.

Application Process

Interested videographers should submit their applications via the designated form including a portfolio or reel for consideration. Selection occurs as shoots arise regionally.
