Key Content Pillars and Creative Outputs

• Educational & Idea-Focused Content: Produce thought-provoking videos on technology, relationships, psychology, creativity, and human flourishing that provoke deeper thinking rather than simple explanations.
• Science-Fiction and Narrative Storytelling: Develop short-to-medium length speculative films challenging conventional dystopian sci-fi themes by emphasizing love, creativity, connection, and positive technological impact.
• Podcasts & Long-Form Conversations: Create and elevate in-depth discussions with experts on significant topics relevant to a post-AGI world.

Responsibilities

• Produce standout video content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
• Film and edit diverse media including educational videos, documentaries, podcasts, and narrative films.
• Appear on camera and facilitate natural, engaging performances from others.
• Develop concepts, narratives, visual styles, storyboards, and creative plans.
• Capture compelling footage that conveys meaningful stories and emotions.
• Utilize AI filmmaking tools and emerging technologies to innovate in storytelling.
• Create self-contained content accessible to new audiences unfamiliar with Elinity.
• Constantly experiment with new formats, styles, and storytelling methods.
• Help establish Elinity's distinctive visual language and narrative voice.
• Craft stories that resonate deeply and move audiences emotionally.

Candidate Profile

• Exceptional storyteller with a natural grasp of narrative, emotion, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Passionate about diverse storytelling mediums including documentaries, cinema, podcasts, and YouTube videos.
• Strong visual sensibility regarding framing, composition, editing, and atmosphere.
• Experienced and comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, skilled in interviews and hosting conversations.
• Deeply curious about people, psychology, creativity, relationships, and human behavior.
• Self-motivated, innovative, highly creative with a strong work ethic and drive to generate ideas.
