About The Role
We are looking for a Founder's Associate Intern / Working Student to support outbound outreach efforts and contribute to developing the initial enterprise sales strategy at our AI-driven enterprise software firm. You will work closely with our CEO in Berlin, engaging procurement leaders within industrial manufacturing, and gaining foundational experience in enterprise sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through email and LinkedIn to generate qualified enterprise leads.
- Analyze target accounts from the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), identify appropriate contacts and relevant trigger events, crafting timely personalized messages.
- Draft customized cold emails and LinkedIn communications aimed at procurement decision-makers in industrial manufacturing.
- Manage and optimize multi-step outreach sequences and follow-ups, maximizing response rates and conversions.
- Monitor performance metrics such as open, reply, and conversion rates; perform A/B testing weekly to enhance outreach effectiveness.
- Maintain and update CRM data for target accounts to ensure accuracy and actionability.
- Support preparation of meeting materials including competitive analysis, company briefings, and customized one-pagers.
- Contribute to the design and refinement of messaging experiments that inform the go-to-market strategy.
- Participate in strategy sessions, product demonstrations, and investor meetings to acquire comprehensive insights.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as event preparation, market research, and presentation updates as required.
- Be present in Berlin and work from the office located in Kreuzberg, with hybrid work arrangements possible.
Candidate Profile
- Currently a student or a recent graduate in business, engineering, or a related demanding discipline, at the early stage of your career.
- Highly organized and dependable, capable of delivering repetitive tasks to high standards with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written communication skills in both German and English, skilled in crafting effective cold emails and formal correspondence.
- Strong interest in B2B sales, enterprise procurement processes, AI technologies, and the software purchasing behaviors of large organizations.
- Entrepreneurial spirit demonstrated through experience building, organizing, or initiating projects such as clubs, startups, or side ventures.
- Comfortable performing outbound sales tasks as a primary role and iterating on outreach success.
- Resident in Berlin with the ability to work from the Kreuzberg office; hybrid work flexibility is supported.
- Self-managed with the ability to maintain quality and deadlines while receiving guidance and feedback from the CEO.
