Role Overview

This role involves working side-by-side with the founders, contributing across multiple areas including product development, strategic planning, hiring, partnerships, and operational execution. The position is designed to evolve with the company, offering a comprehensive learning experience about scaling a startup rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the founders on critical, high-priority projects.
• Lead strategic initiatives from conceptualization through to execution.
• Assist in shaping the product strategy and roadmap.
• Support recruitment efforts across engineering, product, and business teams.
• Conduct research on new markets, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
• Manage partnerships and coordinate special projects.
• Utilize AI technologies to automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Address and resolve high-impact problems throughout the business.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates outstanding execution skills with a keen eye for details.
• Highly organized with the ability to independently prioritize tasks effectively.
• Adept at switching between strategic, product-oriented, and operational tasks.
• Curious, resourceful, and passionate about continuous learning.
• Proficient in incorporating AI tools into everyday workflows.
• Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a strong sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in startup environments.
• Personal entrepreneurial initiatives such as projects, startups, or side businesses.
• Familiarity with Product Management, Growth, or Business Development roles.
• Knowledge in Web3 technologies, AI, or SaaS industries.
• Connections with entrepreneurial communities like CODE University or WHU.

• Base salary ranging between €70,000 and €90,000 per year.
