Footwear Upper Pattern & Sublimation Designer

Overview

TrustKnit Private Limited is seeking a skilled Footwear Sublimation Designer proficient in CorelDraw. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting footwear upper patterns, creating sublimation prints, and generating production-ready artwork for digital printing, while closely collaborating with the manufacturing team. Prior experience in footwear design is advantageous.

Primary Duties

• Create detailed footwear upper patterns using CorelDraw software.
• Design sublimation prints tailored for various shoe styles.
• Prepare and deliver files optimized for digital sublimation printing processes.
• Adjust and resize artwork in alignment with different shoe sizes.
• Innovate new design concepts influenced by current market trends.
• Work alongside production teams to facilitate sampling and confirm final outputs.
• Maintain a systematic organization of all design files.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with CorelDraw software (mandatory).
• Demonstrated experience in sublimation printing techniques.
• Familiarity with footwear upper design and associated color theory and layout planning.
• Understanding of digital textile printing practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to operate autonomously.

Preferred Background

• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in footwear design.
• Exposure to designing for sports shoes, sneakers, knit footwear, or casual shoes.
• Hands-on experience with sublimation printing is highly valued.
