Role Overview

This position focuses on preparing and portioning meals for customers using Calo’s technology so that every order is packed correctly and dispatched on schedule for delivery. The role requires close attention to hygiene, consistency, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion meal components for each customer accurately and within the required timeline before dispatch.
• Coordinate with drivers and the Customer Experience team to support a smooth and positive customer journey.
• Maintain strong hygiene practices across the kitchen environment.
• Handle last-minute order changes while still meeting Calo’s quality standards.

Ideal Candidate

The right person brings food-industry dispatch experience, communicates clearly in English, and works with a high level of care in a kitchen setting. An understanding of food safety is an advantage. The company is looking for someone currently based in the UAE who is positive, respectful, empathetic, and able to communicate effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in dispatching within the food industry, ideally in fast food.
• Strong commitment to hygiene standards in a kitchen facility.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Clear and effective communication abilities.
• Food safety knowledge will be considered an advantage.
• Must currently be located in the UAE.
