About the Role

This position focuses on verifying Bill of Lading records against Automatic Tank Gauge information, identifying mismatches, and helping improve the accuracy and efficiency of accounting operations. The role also involves working with different teams to support internal controls, maintain documentation, and improve overall transaction quality.

What You’ll Do

• Match Bill of Lading (BOL) details with Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) data and investigate any differences found in the accounting system.
• Track down, analyze, and resolve transaction issues and related queries quickly and accurately.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to make corrections and close open discrepancies.
• Study recurring issues to identify root causes and share observations that help improve processes.
• Support process refinement, documentation upkeep, and control strengthening to improve compliance and operational accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

• Good analytical ability and hands-on reconciliation experience, along with strong Excel skills.
• A detail-focused approach with strong problem-solving capabilities and comfort working across teams.
• Exposure to fuel accounting operations and inventory reconciliation will be considered an advantage.
