Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate assigned accounting initiatives and projects.
  • Support and track Accounting SOP audits across all property functions.
  • Ensure adherence to federal and state rules related to fraud prevention and collections.
  • Prepare accurate reports, presentations, and other deliverables within required timelines.
  • Review information, assess outcomes, and identify the most effective solutions to problems.
  • Compile, code, classify, calculate, audit, and verify records and data.
  • Reconcile credit card ledgers.
  • Review group contracts and perform credit checks for direct-billed groups when needed.
