About the Role

Kazamer Tax Consultant seeks a precise and driven Finance Assistant to join our finance department in Dubai. This position suits candidates with excellent numerical aptitude and organizational strengths, keen to aid in daily financial activities, ensure database accuracy, and uphold smooth operations within the finance team. Collaboration with senior finance staff to guarantee compliance and operational excellence is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the documentation of daily financial transactions and upkeep of accounting records.
• Generate invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and relevant financial paperwork.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and validate financial data.
• Help prepare monthly financial and management reports.
• Organize and maintain financial files, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
• Manage expense claims and monitor petty cash flow.
• Contribute to VAT documentation, tax filing, and audit preparation efforts.
• Keep accounting software updated and verify the correctness of financial data.
• Liaise with internal teams regarding invoices, payment tracking, and financial record accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a relevant discipline.
• Between 1 and 3 years of practical experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping roles.
• Strong grasp of accounting standards and finance procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel; familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP platforms.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational competencies.
• Keen eye for detail ensuring financial data precision.
• Good communication skills with an aptitude for effective teamwork.
