Finacle Developer

Role Overview

Synechron is looking for a Finacle Developer to work on core banking implementations for financial services clients in Chennai. The position centers on building, customizing, testing, and supporting Finacle-based solutions, with a strong focus on scripting, cards integration, and ongoing application stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and roll out Finacle core banking solutions tailored to different client needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Finacle customizations.
• Create and maintain functionality using Finacle Scripting language.
• Develop working knowledge of the Finacle Cards module and connect it with other systems as required.
• Handle technical support and maintenance activities for live implementations to keep operations running smoothly.
• Contribute to planning, execution, and delivery activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants should bring 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Finacle development and a solid grasp of the platform’s capabilities.
• Strong command over complex scripting in Finacle Scripting language is required.
• The role calls for the ability to manage multiple assignments at once while working to strict timelines.
• Good analytical ability is needed to diagnose and resolve issues in the Finacle core banking environment.
