About Hind Hardware
Hind Hardware is a reputable channel partner representing top brands such as Godrej & Boyce Locking Solutions, Security Solutions, and Pidilite Industries. The company specializes in quality hardware, locking systems, adhesives, and related products catering to residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and oversee sales activities for hardware components, locking and security solutions, adhesives, and allied construction materials.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and institutional clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing business.
- Generate sales leads through active market visits, networking, and referrals.
- Meet or surpass monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize sales orders effectively.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Present products and clarify technical benefits to prospective clients to aid decision-making.
- Monitor competitor practices, pricing strategies, and industry trends to stay competitive.
- Ensure prompt payment collection and manage follow-ups on dues.
- Maintain updated CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline information regularly.
