Role Overview
Join Policybazaar Insurance Brokers Private Limited as a Field Sales Executive in Gurugram, Haryana. You will be responsible for driving sales through various channels, tracking performance, and maintaining a comprehensive client database.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure sales by employing methods such as tele-calling, presentations, and face-to-face visits.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships to achieve sales goals.
- Conduct market research and create innovative approaches to enhance sales performance.
- Consistently report progress and feedback to the management team.
- Effectively manage and expand the customer database.
Job Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade completion.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary package ranges from INR 22,500 to INR 30,600 per month (in-hand), with annual earnings between INR 300,000 and INR 420,000. In addition, unlimited incentives and travel allowances are provided. Prospects for career advancement are available within the organization.
