Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

Join Paytm's core growth team as a Field Sales Executive (FSE), working directly on the company's payroll. Your main goal will be to broaden Paytm's merchant network by signing up local shops, retail outlets, and businesses.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct market visits to onboard new merchants in local markets and retail shops.
• Install Paytm QR Codes at merchant locations to facilitate payments.
• Set up and activate Paytm Soundboxes for business owners to enhance transaction flows.
• Manage ongoing relationships by providing training to merchants on device usage and addressing their questions or concerns.

Requirements

• Must own an Android smartphone.
• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle (bike or scooter) is mandatory for commuting to merchant locations.
