About the Company
Delhi Steel is a longstanding steel trading company with 30 years of experience, located in Faridabad, serving the Delhi-NCR region.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to construction sites, engaging with builders, contractors, and site engineers throughout Faridabad and the broader NCR area.
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with architects and engineers to generate referral business opportunities.
- Proactively identify new leads and diligently follow up to convert them into confirmed orders.
- Maintain accurate daily records of all site visits and submit concise reports regularly via WhatsApp.
- Exhibit professionalism and represent the company's brand positively at all site interactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Must possess a personal two-wheeler vehicle along with a current and valid driving license.
- Preferred age range is between 22 and 30 years.
- Candidates should reside within Faridabad or the NCR area and have a good understanding of local geography.
- Prior experience in field sales related to building materials, including cement, pipes, hardware, tiles, or paint, is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication abilities and a strong eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Candidates must be comfortable working on a target-driven incentive structure rather than a fixed salary.
