Field Recruiter

Overview

Global Talent Square, a part of the 2COMS Group, is looking to hire Field Recruiters based in Bhubaneswar to facilitate extensive hiring initiatives spanning multiple sectors. This role demands hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, strong networking capabilities, and readiness for local travel. Preference will be given to candidates experienced in recruitment for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) or Gulf regions.

Key Duties

• Identify, evaluate, and engage candidates to fulfill varied hiring needs.
• Visit multiple client locations, dealer and business partner sites, and candidate sourcing centers to assist recruitment efforts.
• Establish and sustain connections with educational institutions like ITIs, polytechnic and engineering colleges, skill development centers, NGOs, and training institutes to source prospects.
• Conduct field recruitment drives, organize walk-in interviews, and participate in campus placements and job fairs.
• Enhance candidate referrals through active community networking and outreach programs.
• Work closely with internal recruitment teams and hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any field; MBA or HR qualifications are advantageous.
• Between 1 and 6 years of professional experience in recruitment, field hiring, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Mandatory prior experience recruiting for GCC or Gulf region roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities.
• Willing and able to travel locally to support recruitment campaigns.
• Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Preference will be given to male candidates.
