Facility Maintenance Technician

Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who excel in preventative maintenance and possess practical skills in troubleshooting and repairing various equipment and facility-related issues. This role requires foundational knowledge in electrical work, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and general mechanical repairs.

Key Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks
• Experience with maintenance work including painting and carpentry
• Physical ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds and safely utilize ladders
• Possession of a valid driver's license and compliance with insurance criteria
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and be available for on-call duties
• Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Endurance to stand, lift, and bend for continuous periods up to 8 hours in varying environmental conditions including heat, cold, and moisture
• Commitment to promoting workplace safety and efficient work habits
