Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping of storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other areas.
- Dispose of trash appropriately to maintain cleanliness.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth facility operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and initiative.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
The position involves working around moving machinery and exposure to fumes or chemicals, necessitating the use of protective equipment like masks, goggles, gloves, or shields. Physical duties include extended periods of standing, mobility outdoors, reaching various heights, and handling equipment weighing at least 50 pounds either independently or with help.
