Job Overview
The Facility Executive role involves overseeing the effective management of facility services, including housekeeping and cafeteria operations, while leading a team to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct team briefings to ensure clear communication and task delegation.
- Lead and manage a team comprising supervisors to maintain operational efficiency.
- Possess sound knowledge of various cleaning agents and equipment used in facility management.
- Oversee and manage cafeteria and pantry operations effectively.
- Prepare and present detailed reports using PowerPoint to track facility activities and performance.
