Strategic Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate team operations to ensure alignment with organizational strategic goals.
• Delegate tasks efficiently while monitoring work progress.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Support development and training initiatives for team growth.
• Prepare and submit reports on team performance and challenges to senior management.

Operational Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities for facilities to ensure building and equipment reliability.
• Conduct inspections of facility systems and equipment to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
• Manage scheduling and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Track maintenance work orders to guarantee timely completion and compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and coordinate prompt corrective measures.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks meet safety protocols, technical standards, and operational procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive records and reports to support performance analysis and planning.
• Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to execute maintenance activities efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Professional certification relevant to facilities maintenance is an advantage.
• A minimum of five years' experience in a related role is essential.

Language Proficiency

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Arabic language skills are preferred but not mandatory.
