Export Sales Officer

Overview

We seek a skilled Export Sales Officer to drive growth in global markets for Base Oil, Lubricants, and Chemical products. This role involves expanding clientele and managing robust international relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand and develop international markets for Base Oil, Lubricants, and Chemical product lines.
• Identify new business opportunities including customers, distributors, traders, and partners abroad.
• Maintain and strengthen existing international customer accounts.
• Draft quotations, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and finalize sales agreements.
• Oversee export orders coordinating closely with logistics, shipping, finance, and production teams.
• Monitor global market trends, competitor actions, and product pricing strategies.
• Explore new geographical markets to meet and exceed export sales objectives.
• Engage in international trade shows, client visits, and business growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 3 to 5 years experience in Export or International Sales.
• Preferably experienced in Base Oil, Lubricants, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Petroleum Products, or Oil & Gas sectors.
• Solid understanding of international B2B sales channels and business development principles.
• Proven experience managing relationships with international distributors, traders, and industrial buyers.
• Familiarity with export documentation, Incoterms, letter of credit (LC)/telegraphic transfer (TT) payments, and global shipping logistics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ready and willing to undertake international travel.
• Hindi language proficiency is essential.
