Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and motivated Website Tele Caller with experience to join our team. The main responsibility involves conducting outbound B2B sales calls to companies based in Australia to promote and sell website development and digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls targeting Australian business clients.
- Present and promote services such as website creation, redesign, SEO, and digital marketing solutions.
- Assess client needs and provide tailored service packages.
- Effectively manage objections to close sales successfully.
- Keep CRM systems updated and prepare daily sales reports.
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in international BPO sales is mandatory.
- Excellent proficiency in English communication.
- Strong skills in negotiation and closing sales.
- Fundamental understanding of websites and digital marketing concepts.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
