Executive Manager / Senior Manager (Digitalisation)

Role Overview

This position is part of a focused team spearheading the transformation of the Built Environment (BE) sector into a more productive and integrated industry, with digitalisation playing a central role.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various stakeholders including government bodies, technology providers, and prominent BE companies to identify gaps, challenges, and specific requirements related to Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) adoption.
• Formulate strategies and comprehensive plans aimed at resolving discovered obstacles and fulfilling industry needs.
• Find opportunities to simplify IDD/BIM workflows to facilitate easier implementation across the sector.
• Partner with educational institutions and training organizations to develop or improve curriculum and training programs that prepare graduates and professionals with the essential skills and competencies.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a degree in a construction-related field and possesses a minimum of three years of professional experience in the Built Environment sector.
• Demonstrates a strong belief in digital transformation alongside a solid grasp of digital technologies applicable to the BE industry.
• Experience with IDD and/or BIM implementation on projects is highly desirable.
• Exhibits excellent communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and interpersonal abilities.
• Displays a future-oriented mindset, resourcefulness, and dedication to positively influencing the evolution of Singapore’s built environment.
